Actually there are a few sidewheel steamers with walking beam engines. I found one for sale in England a few years back, and it had a well made walking beam engine. 6000 pounds was the price, but shipping was more than that. There is at least one Reliable Steam “Rebel” with their walking beam engine. There are probably a few others others out there.

The second boat is the ex "Tule Princess" built by David Sarlan in the early '80's. She has been up for sale several times before with different accounts of her history.
