A (new) list of Drawing Errors on Leak Compound

I am building one of the Leak Compounds (the small one) and am very happy with it as a design, But I have encountered a number of errors and omissions in the drawings - also there is a deal of "Folk Lore" within the Steamboating community concerning problems with the drawings and improvements which can be made to the engine.

I have not found a compiled list of these corrections anywhere, and so I thought (as part of my "community service") I should provide a home for these - so I have started a section on my blog where I will endeavour to record any known errors/fixes for the engine.

So this is a plea for anyone with known errors to let me know and I will publish them with suitable credits.... A few notes:

1 - I think it might make sense to deal with the concrete stuff first, rather than provide "opinion" on the beauty/otherwise of the design
2 - There are several versions of the drawings (I have 4) so I will try to identify which versions exhibit which issues
3 - I also think it would be good to try to provide guidance on the "certainty of the problem" - from "I heard there might be an issue" to "I built this part and it clashed like this"!
4 - I think we cannot publish bits of the Drawings (as they are Camden's or ME copyright) but the odd "sketch" to explain would seem OK.

Happy Building, I think I am within about 2 months of completing the engine - then on with the hull and boiler!
