The Shamrock Trust

I have started this as a new subject just to remind everyone that the trustee's of Shamrock have a website

We would very much like to get more "friends" the response has been rather poor. There are not many steamboats over a hundred years old still in what is virtually original condition and the running expenses are ever mounting.
A small donation as a "friend" would be most helpful, the appropriate form is on the website, for our USA friends I believe Herman Hollerith has been approached to handle things.
So what do you get? Well if you can arrange to visit the lakes, we can offer a trip which leaves steam buffs drooling, if any have done this, please add your experience here.
Folks that cannot get to Windermere many thanks for any support you can give.
