All went well at the 18th annual Lake Nockamixon steam meet, 9 boats were in attendance including The Rachel Z, Kelleen, Margaret S, Jimmy D, Qualchew, Pro Nunce, Aubrey Claire, Rangely & Muskrat. On Saturday evening we had a catered dinner at the restored Quakertown train station & watched the African Queen. before retiring for the evening.The 6 yo boy you see firing the boiler is my son Dylan in Charlie Roth's boat Rachel Z

The steamboating group at Lake Noxamixon, I know most of us want to see pictures of boats and machinery, but a few people who are involved in the steamboating scene should get onto the site.

My wife Katharine likes to take her Kayak, but after a few miles, she usually opts on letting the steamer tow her back!
