Erie Canal begins at Waterford New York

10th annual Steamboat Meet at Waterford, 7 July 2012. Tugboats too. A very nice outing, with several steamers on the river and several streams to explore surrounding the canal locks. Many of the steamboats had spent the week traveling along the canal to get to this event. I used a trailer to get there, and had a good time anyway.
