Piston valve Steam engine castings, cheap

Here is a video of a YouTuber I've been watching for a while. He's been casting iron and machining his own engine and learning along the way. He now has someone that will produce iron castings very inexpensively like 250 for a set of castings. What that includes exactly, I don't know, may just be a cylinder group, if it is, Tiny Power has an inexpensive cylinder group of castings of good quality for 125. I've never really seen the whole design, just bits and pieces as he's working on it.

Anyways, have a look if interested:

You have to give them a lot of credit for casting iron/steel. Lots of youtube videos on casting aluminum, I have seen a lot less of making iron molten, or actually casting it into something that is reasonable enough to use. 8-)

I would looked a little at his videos, but I didn't see a could rendering/drawing of what the engine is going to look like when completed.

Update to that. He has since clarified it's 250 for each casting. Guy is dreaming.

I have been very satisfied with the iron cylinder castings set for $125 from Tiny Power. 2-1/2 x 3, Cored cylinder, heads, steam chest, steam chest cover all for $125.
