A newbie question or two about keel condensers.

I'm currently in Nepal and have limited access to the internet, so not much time to do my own research, hence these questions to the forum.

As my vessel will be used on estuaries what metal should be used for the pipes?
What is the best way of securing the pipes to the hull and protecting them from potential damage?
What's the best method of passing pipes through the hull?
TIA
Ian

Good evening Ian,

I'm no expert but I'd say go for copper tubing (good resistance to marine corrosion & excellent thermal conductivity). For the "through hull" part of your question, I'd go for a marine grade bronze fitment.
