Can anyone identify a builder or other information on this little steamer?

Propeller steamer SCOTIA (Canadian Official Number71073), reg. Amherstburg, ONT. Owner: W. H. McEvoy, Amherstburg. Built in 1875 in "England" - no specific place shown. 44.5' x 10.0' x 4.9'. 13 Gross tons, 9 Net tons.

William H. McEvoy Born in Belleville in 1853, W.H. McEvoy came to
Amherstburg in 1876 to take over Robert Kay's jewellery business and
quickly became involved in the business life of his adopted community.
McEvoy sold his jewellery line from the 'old post office store' on the
east side of Dalhousie Street, in the building which became known as
'Goldsmith's Hall' As well as being the agent for the telegraph, ferry
and railway companies that serviced Amherstburg, McEvoy was awarded
the franchise to install the first incandescent lighting system in
Amherstburg in 1894.

No idea if this is the same person...

McEvoy is not an uncommon name in Amherstburg, apparently.
