Wes, is your Dad considering putting teak on the portion of the bow over the side portholes, directly under the bridge? I think something in the flavor of a 1950s Chris=Craft would look sharp on the bow. I cant remember if he was considering it. I think I still have old paint flecks and rust still in my hair from wire brushing the interior of the boat. I can remember the long hours we put into grinding, wire brushing, etching and painting the metal. I am blown away by the progress on her. Thanks for posting the videos and pictures.

I think he's going to just keep it painted steel as that is difficult to keep up with in a marine environment as it is!

Well I just wrote an update about our first run of the steam plant that took me a couple hours to write.. went to post it, and lost everything due to the ridiculous "timeout of session"

Don't think I'm going to write all of that again. Here are some pictures. I'm done

I know the feeling, one of my on-line emails does that frequently, but seems to vary the time it allows. Now I just write anything long in 'Word', and then copy and paste it. Saves all the extreme frustration and upset.

With this forum, if you receive the "Session timed out" message when posting, simply hit the back browser button. Another trick is before you post, right click "select all" then right click "copy". Then if it is lost, simply make a new post reply then right click "paste". I lost a few long winded posts and started doing these two things to prevent losing another one.

Tried the back button right after it happened and it refreshed to the login page.. I'll either write in word as suggested, or just not write long posts.
Too frustrating to deal with
