Is it possible that this could have been part of a capstan or similar anchor winch? The circular worn cuts in the fins are not even. Has everyone been able to use the PDF file? I'll investigate Photobucket. I've seen it before. Will I be able to upload the PDF there as well? The PDF is actually a file that you can manipulate. You just click on the picture and the artifact will rotate in any direction you want, including the bottom.
