Question 1: I am having trouble blowing the whistle when underway. All I get is hot water up the six foot long tube. Will a steam trap help ? I checked on line and they can cost between $300 and $600 depending on the brand. I was thinking that shortening the tube up the stack would help. Any suggest...

Then Ethylene Glycol it will be. The system was plumbed very carefully but not used in the cold climate where we will be using it. Yes but as I stated at times of as long as three days the electricity is out at our remote place in the mountains on the lake and so I have asked about using anti freeze to protect the system rather than draining and using a heat system..
