In support of the above, I would argue that nucleate boiling is not relevant in a monotube. It might apply immediate the feedwater encounters the hot tube, but as soon as 1% of the water has evaporated, the volume fraction of steam is already 57% (at 200psig), way beyond a nuclear boiling limit.
