So in addition to hardwood, I tried this Nozzel and it with good results. This is the first time over firing was possible. We could stuff the firebox full and get the Safety to keep going off at 200PSI, while moving at 4mph or so. the Toledo couldn't take enough steam! A very nice problem to have.
Note, this Nozzel is intended to produce a full cone when used with water. That may have helped with throwing up the occasional bit of carryover. What we would get is less stack dribble and more Tufts of steam billowing up and then blown down wind.
This Nozzel also restricts to 0.33".
Different sizes are available.

Here you can see a very nice looking plume for the Cameras - with no stack dribbling - it all atomizes into steam and floats away.
