Water Viper (and others taken in the 1980s), Windermere (UK)

Hello all, I have a quite a few photos I thought I might join up to the forum and share a few with everyone here!
My mum and dad playing music in the Windermere Steamboat Museum on Water Viper (1988), and the second (1987) has S.L Dolly gliding along in the background.

Used to love it inside the wet dock of the museum, water echoing off all of the walls; and all that polished wood and brass. One of my fondest childhood memories!

great photos, if you have any more please share,
the boat next to water Viper is Otto, now in a rather sad state.
the museum is now flattened and work has (hopefully) started on the new buildings.

Regards
Jack

A couple more, these are from the Steamboat Rally in 1986 and 1987 (I'm fairly sure on the dates, but could be a year out on both!)

Thanks for posting the Windermere photo, it shows my boat Sarah Jane with the former owner. It ran a Taylor twin with a gas boiler then, now its coal fired with a Taylor single.
Hope you don't mind if I keep the photo as I have none from before I owned it.
Kind Regards Graham

I was only 2 years old in 1986. I remember being on a rally in 1986 though, I think it was Norfolk.
I've got the vehicle, just need the boat.
