I was before on the forum, but havn't introduce meself.
So I do that now.
My name is Piet.
I live in Holland, near Rotterdam, one of the biggest ports in the world.
Iám an captain on an pressentation vessel of the Port Athoryties.
Look on

Before I came in steamboats I like to sail races in the Starboat.
Now, toghetter with a mate, Iám building the Panatela from the plans of reliable steam. Look on

Thank you for the kind words, we doing the best we can.
Our goal to steam in april next year. So we stil have a lot of work to do.
In two weeks time we want to turn her over, put her on the trailer to let her float for real, the first time. Then we can see how see trims and where to put the heavy parts. We want her to trim a little in the bow, and stern up.
Than we can make the decks and outfit her whit the machinery.
But you are lucky, you have two launches? And you sail on the Lake Tahoo, beautifuil there. I been there last year on holliday whit a rented RV
take care Piet
