23' launch FOR SALE

23' steel lifeboat built during WWII in good shape (could use new paint). Has nicely made canopy from aluminum tubing and cloth.
Currently has a Hicks gasoline engine installed, available with hull or separate.
She had a Semple 3+5x4" compound and Semple VFT boiler installed (former S.S. Eva L. SB&MSL Nov-Dec 1963) before the Hicks was. Engine was rebuilt about 20 years ago and has minimal hours. Boiler was inspected and found to be in good shape. The plant was not abused and always run with great care. Plant has been stored indoors in a heated garage for the past 20 years (including time in boat) The steam plant is available for purchase with hull or separate.
Boat is available as is with the Hicks, bare, or with the steam plant depending on purchaser's desires. Hull still has the keel condenser in place.
