Due to the acquisition of a complete steamboat my direction has changed on the boat pictured below. It was built in 1937 in Cleveland as a lifeboat & after that use it was outfitted as a Whaleboat & used by a sea cadet group. It still has a mast, sails, tiller & centerboard. The centerboard box was fitted beside the keel to maintain the integrity of the hull. The hull is 22' long, 6' beam & built of galvanized steel. It is located at Brooklin, Ontario, just east of Toronto. It is available at $850. I have equipment to load it - I moved it on a car trailer. (Trade? I could be interested in a larger sized boiler that could feed a 2 cylinder Brooks steam car engine.)

NOTE: I have no connection with it but the engine & boiler listed above are 39 miles from me.
